With the Needle 2 is a redesign of the original With the Needle published in 2012. It still has the same design elements but many motifs have been changed. In the process of the redesign it has grown to be a bigger sampler.
Total design stitch count is 426w x 186h.
Model stitched on 40ct Espresso by R&R Reproductions and measures 21 1/4 x 9 1/4 inches.
This sampler was inspired from a quote by John Taylor, 1634 from the book; "Embroidery Motifs from Old Dutch Samplers", compiled by Albarta Meulenbelt-Nieuwburg.
