An Antique Reproduction

The color palette Anne Marston chose for her charming sampler is a cheerful combination of pink and gold and blue/green.
Note the charming area below the meandering strawberry band, where she stitched a shepherd and shepherdess, sheep, a dog, crowns, a butterfly, and a large potted plant.

The reproduction is stitched on 36 count Lakeside Linen Vintage Sand Dune over one and two linen threads. Threads used include The Gentle Arts, Weeks Dye Works, and DMC. Stitches include cross, straight, and four-sided stitch.
